Still white wine, Fiano di Avellino DOCG, produced by Mastroberardino. A wine that embodies the history of a family that has been involved in the Irpinia winemaking region for over two centuries. Southeast exposure, averaging 400 meters above sea level. Medium-textured, loose soil. Harvested by hand in the first ten days of October. Classic off-the-skin fermentation in steel tanks (approximately 20 days) at a controlled temperature (16-18°C). Aged for several months in bottle. Delicate, with aromas of fresh fruit, almond, hazelnut, white flowers, citrus, aromatic herbs, and dried flowers. Straw yellow. Delicate, full-bodied, with evident floral notes.
